Terms of Service

These terms cover how you can use our website and what to expect when you send us a job. Plain language — no surprises.

  1. 01

    About us

SKC Copy Center is a sole-proprietor print shop owned by Stavros Christofi, operating from Nikou & Despinas Pattichi 116C, 3070 Limassol, Cyprus.

You can reach us by phone on +357 25 004346, by email at skccopy@icloud.com, or in person during opening hours.

  2. 02

    Using this website

This website exists to describe our services, our location and opening hours, and to let you send files for a quote. You're welcome to browse, share links and download anything we've made publicly available.

Don't use the site to upload anything illegal, infringing, malicious, sexually explicit involving minors, defamatory, harassing, or that contains other people's personal data without their permission. Don't upload material you don't have the rights to print, including counterfeit currency, fake identity documents or fake tickets.

Don't try to bypass our upload limits, scrape the site, run automated scripts against our endpoints, or probe for security weaknesses. We may decline jobs at our discretion, block uploads, suspend access from your IP address, and remove material we suspect violates this. Where the law requires it, we will report illegal content to the authorities.

  3. 03

    Sending files & quotes

Submitting files through the Send Files form is a request, not an order. We'll review what you send and reply by phone or email with whether we can take the job, a price, and a realistic turnaround.

Practical limits: up to 10 files per submission, 500 MB in total, in the document, image, drawing and archive formats listed on the form. We rate-limit submissions per IP to prevent abuse — if you hit the limit you'll be asked to try again later.

Files are uploaded directly to our cloud storage and reachable through an unguessable URL. The URL isn't published, but anyone who has the link can fetch the file until we delete it — treat the upload link as private and don't share it.

Every submission goes through a bot check and a malware scan (file-signature inspection plus a file-hash lookup against an industry-standard malware database). We may reject or quarantine files that fail those checks.

Nothing is locked in until we've confirmed the price and timing with you. Either side can decline before that point with no obligation. Preferred turnaround times you select are a preference, not a guarantee — we'll be honest about what we can hit.

  4. 04

    Pricing and payment

Final pricing depends on the files, materials and quantity. We'll quote before we print. Payment is due on collection unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless we say otherwise. If material costs change significantly in that window, we may need to re-quote.

Once a bespoke job has started printing it generally can't be cancelled — we'll still need to recover the cost of materials and time already used.

  5. 05

    Your files and rights

You confirm that you own the rights to anything you send us, or have permission from the rights-holder to print it. We print on that basis and don't independently verify ownership.

We don't keep your files longer than we need to. Uploaded files are deleted within 30 days of upload, regardless of whether the job went ahead. We rely on a small number of trusted service providers (cloud hosting, file storage, email delivery, bot protection, malware scanning) to receive, store and notify us about your submission — they're listed in our Privacy Policy. We don't share your files with anyone outside that necessary chain.

  6. 06

    Our work

We take care with every job, but printed output depends on the files you send. We won't substantively edit or 'fix' files without checking with you first, so defects that stem from the supplied file, from changes you've approved in a proof, or from materials you've specifically requested aren't our responsibility.

If something is wrong with the print itself — colour drift, binding defect, missing pages, wrong stock — bring it back and we'll reprint or refund. Tell us within 7 days of collection.

  7. 07

    Your responsibility for content

You are responsible for the content of anything you upload. If a third party complains, sues, or brings a regulatory claim against us because of something you sent us — copyright infringement, defamation, breach of someone else's privacy, or similar — you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur dealing with it.

  8. 08

    Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website and upload form available, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. We may take the site or specific features offline for maintenance, security or capacity reasons, and we may suspend access for individual users or IP addresses where we reasonably suspect abuse.

Our liability for any single job is limited to the price you paid for that job. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — missed deadlines downstream of ours, lost profit, and so on.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Cypriot consumer-protection law.

  9. 09

    Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute that we can't sort out between us falls to the courts of Limassol.

  10. 10

    Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The 'last updated' date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged on the website.
